How do I deposit? How do I get my winnings?

Deposit Money into your WinAsUGo™ personal User Account using a number of payment methods.

Credit or Debit card

You can deposit money into your WinAsUGo™ games account using your credit or debit card. There are two ways in which to deposit funds into your account, either through your web account or through your handset. The depositing details are as follows:

Depositing through your mobile handset

Enter the WinAsUGo™ application on your mobile handset and choose Money Game from the main menu
You are required to enter your WinAsUGo™ personal username and password to log in
Select Options followed by Login. You will enter an Account Menu.
On the Account Menu please select the Payment option followed by Add Card on the Payment Menu
At this point you will be required to enter your credit/debit card details into the WinAsUGo™ secure interface. Mark the Set as default box in order to use this credit/debit card for future deposits (you can always add a new card to the account and change the default card)
Once all of the required details are correctly entered select the Options button, select Next and wait for a credit/debit card approval message - 'Credit/Debit Card successfully added' Then press OK
You will then automatically return to the Payment Menu. Select Back to return to the Account Menu and choose the Quick Deposit option
Enter the exact amount you wish to deposit into your account and select Options and OK
Wait for the systems approval message
If your request has been approved you may now choose the game you wish to play and start playing.

Depositing through the website

Click on the Log-In button at the left hand side of the WinAsUGo™ homepage
You will automatically be redirected to the login page where you are required to enter your username and password. Click Login.
Click on the Deposit button from the left hand menu
Click on Deposit by Credit/Debit card
Click on the Add Credit/Debit Card button
You will be required to enter your credit/debit card details on our secure system. If you want this card to be your default card (whenever you play WinAsUGo™ in the future you will use this card without the need of having to input new card details) then please tick the 'Is Default' box. (You can change your default card at anytime).
Click on the Save button to register the credit/debit card.
Now that you have registered your credit/debit card you can go ahead and deposit money into your user account. Simply click again on the Deposit button on the left hand menu.
Select the Deposit by Credit/Debit card option and enter the exact amount you would like to deposit.
Finally press the Deposit button to complete the process.

Please Note.

The CVV2 Code refers to the last three digits on the back of your credit card. This number is used for security purposes only.

Deposit By Ukash

If you do not yet have an Ukash voucher:

Click here to find your nearest Ukash retailer.
Ask for a Ukash voucher or download a Ukash coupon and take it to your retailer
Pay the retailer for Ukash which is currently available in any value from 5.00 £ to 100.00 £ at PayPoint, 15 £ , 30 £ , 50 £ , 75 £, 100 £ values at payzone and 10 £ , 20 £ , 25 £ , 30 £ , 40 £ , 50 £ , 75 £ , 100 £ values at e-pay.
You will be issued Ukash with a Ukash voucher, stating an expiry date, your unique 19-digit number and the amount paid.

If you already have an Ukash voucher:

Log-in to your personal WinAsUGo™ account and click on the Log-In button on the left hand side of the screen
Select the Deposit option from the menu on the left hand side.
Select Ukash as your deposit option.
Enter your Ukash 19- digit number and the total amount detailed on the voucher.
Hit the Deposit button.
Funds will be credited once Ukash have authorized the transaction.

Reverse Withdrawal

If you have a cash withdrawal pending, you still have the opportunity to cancel your withdrawal request and for the money to be returned to your player's account. To learn more about the Reverse Withdrawal option please go to the 'How do I get my winnings' page in the Banking section and click on 'Reverse Withdrawal'.
